Smriti Sanghrahalay

The college has taken the initiative to start a Museusm-cum-Archive –'Acharya Prafulla Chandra

Smriti Sangrahalaya' - which was inaugurated on 5th October, 2005 by Prof. Rajashekharan Pillai,

the then acting-Chairman of U.G.C. The objective of this Archive is to pay a humble tribute

to this great thinking soul. This 'Sangrahalaya' will have the photocopies of

Acharya's original publications, his letters and such other memorabilia.

A very effective step has been taken in consolidating this effort of opening the 'Sangrahalaya', when the book "Research

Papers of Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy : A Complete Collection" by one of our ex-colleagues, Prof. Anil Kumar

Bhattacharya was released on 17th January, 2006. This book is a collection of the scientific papers and articles of Acharya

in many reputed journals across the world, which were hitherto unpublished.
